WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS??

Flexible schedule is offered and Joseph does not hold specific office hours. Walk-ins are not accepted, an appointment must be scheduled in advance. A complimentary phone consultation is available to determine the best service(s) for your needs and the scheduling of future appointments would be discussed at that time.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I CONTACT YOU?

If a phone call is not answered, you will be contacted within 24 hours. If you send an email you will receive a response within 24 hours to arrange a time to speak over the phone. In a phone conversation, you can expect to be heard with compassion and some questions may be asked of you to better understand what services you are seeking.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Sessions are one hour long. Longer sessions can be arranged if you like. Many clients find that a 90 minute session is more beneficial. For clients that require more time, we can discuss meeting on a more regular basis or extending the length of our sessions based on your needs and session availability.

WHAT IS THE COST?

For counseling and coaching services, the rate is $100 per one hour session. Your health is a great place to invest, and the dividends of leading a more fulfilling and authentic life are priceless. For rates on family services, speaking engagements and other trainings please inquire.

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at time of service. If you prefer, you can authorize an automatic payment system for billing and payment to occur as services take place automatically.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours of scheduled time will be billed at the full session rate.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Insurance for payment is not accepted.

Receipts of your sessions can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company. Please keep in mind, only your insurance provider can guarantee reimbursement.

IS WHAT WE DISCUSS CONFIDENTIAL?

Everything discussed in your sessions will remain confidential, with one exception. If a client expresses intent to harm themselves, others, or reports an instance of child or elder abuse, I am required by law to alert the appropriate authorities. In the event of this occurrence, I will make every effort to ensure my clients safety and well-being.

DO YOU PROVIDE PHONE OR WEB-BASED THERAPY SERVICES?

Yes! Web and phone-based services can be provided, on an as-needed basis, when in-person sessions don’t make sense either due to availability or a life situation.
